Returns and exchanges:


At WEEKENDAWAYS, you can request a return or exchange for any item within 14 days of receiving your parcel. To do so, please contact our Client Service. The items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, with the identification tag and seal intact.

To request a return or exchange, please follow these instructions:

Ensure that the items are in their original condition, with all tags and security seals untouched. All packaging, including boxes and dust bags, must be returned with the items. Customized items and publications cannot be returned or exchanged, but this does not affect your legal rights.

To return or refund your items, please contact our Customer Service.

Place the items you want to return or exchange in a box, preferably the original packaging, and ensure that it is properly sealed. Attach the pre-printed and pre-paid return label that was inside your original package to the box. If you have lost your return label, you can download it from the link provided in your return confirmation email.

Your refund will be processed as soon as the return has been received and checked in our warehouse.

WEEKENDAWAYS reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been communicated or shipped within the returns time limit, or if the items are not in their original condition (see point 1).

Returns and exchanges acceptance:

Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure that all communication is in English language.
